Look, I ride my bike to the wet market some mornings and I can tell you the actual problem: there is nowhere to ride. You get a painted line for two hundred metres and then it just stops, and you're back in traffic with a minibus doing forty. Doubling the deaths and blaming the guy on two wheels for not stopping at a light is like blaming someone for drowning in a pool with no fence around it. Nine families lost someone this year. Before the government points fingers again, maybe put in a bike lane that actually goes somewhere.
